Russell Doubrava, DO

Dr. Russell Doubrava provides comprehensive urologic evaluations and treatment options, including both medical and surgical interventions tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. A strong advocate for patient education, he believes that informed patients make empowered health decisions that lead to improved outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

Originally from Killeen, Texas, Dr. Doubrava earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas and attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. He completed his general surgery training at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, Florida, and his urology residency at Michigan State University in 2005.

Since opening his clinic in 2005, Dr. Doubrava has been committed to providing convenient, compassionate care to his community, where he resides with his wife, Margaret, and their four children. He holds privileges at Wise Health System Decatur, ensuring seamless, high-quality care for his patients.
